About Beth Martin

Welcome! I'm a full-time Broker and REALTOR® serving the Triangle region of North Carolina, assisting buyers and sellers across all price points, including residential resale, new construction, luxury homes, land, and investment properties. My business is largely referral-driven, built on long-term relationships, repeat clients, and trusted introductions.

I began my real estate career in 2005 with a top-producing team in Cary, where I spent seven years building a strong foundation in residential brokerage and client representation.

Next, I moved into new home sales as a Community Sales Manager for two award-winning North Carolina builders, guiding buyers through the process while gaining valuable insight into construction, development, and builder operations. This combined experience provides a well-rounded perspective of the residential marketplace that continues to benefit my clients.

For over a decade, I partnered with a boutique independent firm known for its concierge-level service and deep local expertise. In 2026, I aligned my business with eXp Realty—an innovative global brokerage offering advanced technology and expanded resources—while continuing to deliver the personalized, high-touch service my clients expect.

Originally from North Carolina, I was raised and educated in Virginia, with time spent living in Colorado, Florida, and New York City—experiences that shaped my perspective on what truly makes a place feel like home. For the past 26 years, the Triangle has been that place for me—where I’ve built my family, business and community. This is a beautiful part of the country and I’m happy to be a resource for anyone considering a move to the area!
